Gothic/Sweet Lolita Hair Tutorial (Curly Pigtails)

So I made a new tutorial, I called it Gothic/Sweet Lolita but you can use it with any style, really :3

I wish my hair was long enough to do this but it's only shoulder length...and I have no wigs or extensions :(
